Terms & Conditions
Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) reserve the right to deviate from the agreed itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. All tours are weather dependent and Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours will not be held responsible for any unforeseen events due to weather, road closures, accidents etc. including, but not exclusive to, the closure of premises or activity centres/parks which are on the itinerary.
Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited reserve the right to alter the direction of any tour route within agreed licenced regulations. The decision as to which route the touring vehicle will use which route rests with the management of Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited.
Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) may not be held responsible for any third party closures i.e. visitor centres, parks, attractions. Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours). may not be held responsible for any third party arrangements, agreed rendezvous or failure to connect with any other means of transport.
What is covered by the tour price?
Your day tour price covers luxury return transport for up to 7 passengers for a total of 8 hours to and from the hotel or pickup location of your choice within a 45km radius of Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours base in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny. Additional kilometers wil be charged at a rate of €1.50 per k/m outside of this radius.
Briefings presentations and insights into the ancient and historical sites at the tour destinations by your tour driver.
On-board Wifi and charging points in the vehicle(s)
Fuel tolls and parking charges are all covered by the tour price.
Complimentery bottled water will be provided in the vehicles for passenger consumption.
Passenger luggage can be stowed for the duration of the tour in the vehicle.
What is not covered by the tour price?
Entry fees to any of the visitor centres, castle tours, parks or attractions on the tour routes.
Food is not covered on any of the tours and is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Any additional stops or requested trips to destinations outside of the set itinerary of the day tours will incur an addtional charge at €1.50 per k/m.
Overnight stay. If a request is made to extend a tour and a driver requires overnight accomodation there is an additional cost of €140. In addtion a charge of €25 will be chaged for drivers meal.
Cancellation Policy
If you Cancel within 72 hours of the beginning of the tour no refund is possible.
A minimum administration fee of €15 will apply to all cancellations.
Under our Terms & Conditions if you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by tour agents or third party tour and transport operator cancellation fees.

Terms & Conditions when changing a booking.
In the event of a booking alteration (such as a name change or date change) ,Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours our third party tour operators, reserve the right to charge a fee where applicable.
Terms & Conditions relating to luggage & personal belongings
Each passenger may carry one medium-sized suitcase or equivalent (maximum dimensions 80 cm x 70 cm x 20 cm and maximum weight 15 kg) on a tour vehicle free of charge. Luggage must be placed in the luggage compartment of the vehicle.
In addition, each passenger may carry one small item of hand luggage free of charge inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle. In this context hand luggage means something that is capable of being stored beneath the seat. Hand luggage carried inside the vehicle must not be placed where it could obstruct any passenger entrance or emergency exit, but must be placed under a seat or in the luggage compartment as appropriate.
Any additional luggage may only be carried if, in the opinion of Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) , there is sufficient accommodation space available. Such additional luggage, if carried at the discretion of Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) , must be placed in the luggage compartment of the vehicle and may be subject to an additional charge as determined by Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours).
Folding children’s’ pushchairs will be carried free, subject to luggage compartment space being available and provided they are folded before placing in the luggage compartment or other designated area of the vehicle. Folding bicycles which are packed and wrapped in a suitable carrier bag/protective covering will be treated as passengers’ accompanied luggage and carried free of charge in the luggage
compartment area.
Full sized bicycles cannot be carried, prams and non-folding children’s’ pushchairs will be carried only if sufficient accommodation space is available in the vehicle; they must be placed in the luggage compartment or other designated area of the vehicle and are subject to a charge as determined by Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) from time to time.
On vehicles accessible to mobility impaired persons who are wheelchair users, a wheelchair must be parked in the designated area and in such a manner as the driver may direct. A wheelchair user has priority for use of this designated area at all times. One occupied children’s’ buggy or pushchair may be parked in this designated area when it is not occupied by a wheelchair.
Where it is necessary to transfer to another vehicle or vehicles before completion of journey, the availability of sufficient accommodation for additional items of luggage or for fold up bicycles, prams or pushchairs, cannot be guaranteed.
All luggage must be securely packed, fastened and locked before being placed in or taken on vehicles. All luggage must also be clearly labelled with the name, address and destination of the accompanying passenger.
Passengers are required to place a string label on items of luggage placed in the luggage compartment of a vehicle and will be required to produce evidence of identity to a Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) driver or other authorised official on request.
All items of passengers’ luggage as described in the foregoing are carried by Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) at owner’s risk, irrespective of whether or not they have been handed to a Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) Company employee, agent or driver and without regard to the part of the vehicle in which they are carried or by whom they have been so placed in such vehicle.
Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours), its employees, agents, and/or sub-contractors shall not be liable for loss of and/or damage to passengers’ luggage or any passengers’ personal possessions, unless such loss or damage is proven to have been caused by the negligence, breach of duty or breach of statutory duty of Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours), its employees, agents or sub-contractors. In the event of Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) being proven liable for loss or damage under this clause the liability of Galway Sightseeing Tour Company shall be limited to a maximum of €100 in respect of each claim, and also to a maximum of €50 for any one item contained within the luggage lost or damaged.
Personal effects or items of luggage of a relatively expensive nature should not be packed in luggage placed in the luggage compartment, but should be kept in a passenger’s hand luggage or on the person of that passenger. Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) will not be liable for any loss of or damage to such articles if placed in the luggage compartment.
Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) will not be liable for financial loss involving cash, currency, cheques, credit/cash/charge cards, or for loss of travel or identity documents of any kind.
Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) will not accept any claim for loss of or damage to property from a third party or made by a passenger on behalf of a third party, irrespective of whether a passenger’s luggage contains items belonging to any such third party.
In the event that a passenger suffers any loss of or damage to luggage, the passenger must report such loss in full to the appropriate Garda Síochána Station so that any subsequent claim can be fully investigated. Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) will not consider any claim for loss unless the Garda Síochána have been notified and a report filed by them in respect of such a claim.
Any claim in respect of loss of or damage to property must be made to Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours) within 24 hours of the journey on which the loss or damage is alleged to have occurred. A full written report detailing such loss or damage must be submitted within five days of that date for the attention of the Managing Director, Nore Cabs & Limousines Limited (Operating as Southeast Ireland Chauffeur Tours), Grennan, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny R95C1W9 which deals with such matters as notified from time to time.
